Education programs provide opportunities for visitors to explore modern and contemporary art. Artist talks, films, lectures, teacher workshops, and special family events contribute to a wide array of offerings that bridge looking at art with personal experience and life-long learning.Education programs at the Weatherspoon Art Museum are made possible in part by: The Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro, the F.M. Kirby Foundation, The Charlotte Wilkinson Toler Art Education Endowment, and by the contributions of our friends and members. Tours: Free tours are available throughout the year for school, university, and community groups. A minimum of three-weeks notice is required for guided and self-guided visits.
