Looking for a more mindful way to start your week? Join us for Mindful Mondays, a weekly drop-in meditation program. The 30-minute silent meditation is facilitated by UNCG faculty and staff volunteers. First time meditators are especially welcome. No special postures or special clothes needed. Free and open to all. Mondays, 12:30-1 pm, September 11 to December 18, 2017. Location: Dillard Room. 

Mindful Mondays dates:  Sept 11, 18, 25; Oct 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; Nov 6, 13, 20, 27; Dec 4, 11, 18.
