Looking for a more mindful way to start your week?

Join us for Mindful Mondays, a weekly drop-in meditation program. The 30-minute silent meditation is led by UNCG faculty and staff volunteers. First time meditators are especially welcome. Free and open to all. Mondays, 12:30-1 pm. August 20-December 3, 2018. No program on September 3. Location: Dillard Room.
