Weatherspoon's biannual Community Day events are designed for both youth and adults. Some of the activities you may experience during a Community Day include family guided tours, hands-on art making experiences, scavenger hunts, and live music and dance performances. Gallery greeters are on hand to answer questions as visitors roam through the museum galleries. Community Days are a wonderful opportunity to discover the museum for the very first time or to return with friends and family.

This program is supported by the North Carolina Arts Council, a division of the Department of Cultural Resources.
