Looking for a more mindful way to start your week? 

Join us for Mindful Mondays, a weekly drop-in meditation program. The 30-minute silent meditation is led by UNCG faculty and staff volunteers. First time meditators are especially welcome. Free and open to all. Mondays, 12:30-1 pm. February 4-May 6, 2019.
