Danica Phelps, 2017 Falk Visiting Artist, will give a public lecture and participate in MFA graduate student critiques along with a gallery talk for UNCG students. Her solo exhibition Hoping to Help - Danica Phelps: Falk Visiting Artist is on view at the Weatherspoon January 14-April 9, 2017.

The gallery talk on Wednesday, February 22 will take place in Falk Gallery, on the museum's first floor, and is open to UNCG students, faculty and staff.  Seating is limited.

The Falk Visiting Artist program gives students at UNCG and members of the community an opportunity to meet and learn from artists who are active in the field. The program has been produced collaboratively with the Department of Art since 1982. Past Falk Visiting Artists include Carroll Dunham, Lynda Benglis, Dario Robleto, Julie Heffernan, and Dike Blair.
