Looking for a more mindful way to start your week? Join us for Mindful Mondays, a weekly drop-in meditation program. The 30-minute silent meditation is facilitated by UNCG faculty and staff volunteers. First time meditators are especially welcome. No special postures or special clothes needed. Free and open to all. Location: Dillard Room. 

Mindful Mondays dates:  Sept 11, 18, 25; Oct 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; Nov 6, 13, 20, 27; Dec 4, 11, 18.
