Looking for a more mindful start to your week? Join us for Mindful Mondays, a weekly drop-in meditation program beginning September 11. The 30-minute silent meditation is facilitated by UNCG faculty and staff volunteers and is open to all levels of experience. First time meditators are especially welcome. Each session begins with 5 minutes of simple guided instructions followed by a period of silent meditation. Free. Mondays, 12:30-1 pm, September 11 to December 18, 2017. Location: Dillard Room. 

Mindful Mondays dates:  Sept 11, 18, 25; Oct 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; Nov 6, 13, 20, 27; Dec 4, 11, 18.
